Hello. My name is Carmen. I registered a few years back but I never posted (just lurked). I am trying to get on the other side of 200lbs (short-term goal). I started on the 4-day diet and got sick of salad and beans everyday, so I decided to go for it on my own. I've done it before (lost 20lbs and kept it off), so there is no reason I can't do it now. I just have to remember what my DH told me - I am in control of my body; I control every morsel of food that I put on my mouth. I need to remember that I control this - it doesn't control me!
