hi everyone!
i am having a horrible time with managing my weight, watching what i eat, etc and it is really getting me down.
a few years back i had lost 80+ pounds. I had gone from over 200 to 120. at the time everyone told me i was too thin and accused me of not eating, which wasn't true. i eventually leveled out around 125, i was wearing a size 3/4, and i never felt small enough...
i went through a bad break up, an out of state move, and graduate school and come out heavier. the other day i was 163
i really want to get myself in gear and back to eating right and exercising more. i would like to get down to 130 or so eventually, which just seems so far away. i am hoping to make some friends and find some support and motivation here.
please help
