Default New (Sort of) From NJ
I joined this site a few years back and lost 65 pounds. Then I gained it all back and stopped posting here.

I need some support, accountability and a buddy or two. I have allowed myself to balloon up to 330 lbs and I need to lose it before I leave my little boy without a mother.

As of tomorrow I am starting a low car/low fat/ high protien eating plan and starting slow but working out every day.
