    I have got 42 lbs to lose and looking at all the pictures on here has really inspired me to go for it this time!

  • Thanks, Jess! What kind of weight loss plan are you going to be using? I am a calorie "tracker," which is like a calorie counter, only I don't keep an exact count, just a really good estimate as I eat healthy balanced foods and proper portions. You may have found that there are forums here for calorie counters, Weight Watchers, Atkins, South Beach, Dr. Oz You Diet, and more! 42 lbs is so do-able!

    I am planning on not following a speific diet plan, but, like you, track my calories. I am writing down everyday what I am eating and this is helping me to see why I am not so healthy!!
    I am also starting to exercise more regularly.

    I think i will one day post pictures but haven't got the confidence to do this just yet...maybe when i start shifting the pounds!

    Thank you so much for your encouragement! It's just what i need to start my new healthly lifestyle (and a little !)
