What kind of weight loss plan are you going to be using? I am a calorie "tracker," which is like a calorie counter, only I don't keep an exact count, just a really good estimate as I eat healthy balanced foods and proper portions. You may have found that there are forums here for calorie counters, Weight Watchers, Atkins, South Beach, Dr. Oz You Diet, and more! 42 lbs is so do-able!
