I'm from California and have approx 65 pounds to loose. My weight was 215 pounds and it's down to 211.4 I'm having a hard time getting a handle on my weight with me working the night shift seems at times I'm eating day and night can not get a handle on my weight. I found this site search around the web and thought it was cool and could help me with my weightloss efforts. I'm looking forward to posting here and meeting some of you by chatting online.
Welcome to 3FC. I think you will find the the chicks here very helpful and supportive. There are many here that also work shift work that I'm sure will have some ideas for you. There are lots of sub-threads here that you may want to introduce yourself on some of those; not everyone reads the introductions. Best advice I can give is get involved with a couple groups and post often.

Congrats on your loss so far. I work a weird schedule and what helps me most is planning, planning, planning. I make sure I have the foods I need for the 24 hr cycle.
