Default Hello Everyone :)
I thought it would be nice to come say hello to you all This forum is amazing I have been browsing through and seen lots of helpful posts.

Since being with my boyfriend I have let myself go a bit, with all the going out eating, cinema, drinking the lbs have piled on. I use to be around 140 lbs and now I am closer to 200 lbs and its really getting me down.

Now I know I am in safe hands

Anyway look forward to hearing from you
