i am Kat. I am a mom of 2. Landon is 3 1/2 and Caitlyn is 10 months. Been marries for 5 years and gained 37 lbs imidiatly looks like it. So i am eating smaller portions and more often, choose my food carefully and excercise every day. Every other day i do weights. My goal is to loose 1 lbs a week.
I am glad i found this forum - i need suupport. My husband also goes with me every other day. But he is not a gym type of guy. So he is not a support to me.
I have a lot of questions that i will be asking
