Newbie :-)
Hi all, I'm new! I'm 27 and a yo-yo dieter. Right now, my goal is to lose 30+ pounds and hopefully keep it off. In the past even with moderate exercise and dieting/eating well, I lost weight fairly quickly, but I don't want to put any extra pressure with an extremely early goal date right now.
I'd really like reach this goal by the end of summer and hopefully get to wear some cute summer clothing. I'm usually covered up if I'm on the heavier side. I'm pretty sick of wearing jeans and jackets during the summer months. I'm about 180 now and would like to at least get to 150. Lower would be better, but this would be great since I was this size about 4 years ago and had the nerve to complain then. I only wish I could get to that point again.
I'm so busy with my full-time job and classes, so I've been having some trouble keeping up with everything.
I'd also love to be healthier and be at a fitness level close to my actual age. I feel aged when I have the weight on.
Anywho...hope to meet some people and maybe make some friends. If anyone wants to be a weight loss buddy, I'd love that!! :-)
