Thumbs up Hello everybody :)

Im a 32 yr old. I gt married 4 yrs bk n had to quit work. In these 4 yrs i have added 30 pounds. I have never been a gym enthusiast but I kept my weight under control by eating sensibly. After marriage all sense went out of the window and now I just have to do something about my weight. I eat compulsively... These days I weight 156-158 pounds. The worst thing about me gaining weight is my asthma flares up.
I will get back to being 125-127 pounds by this year with your help and support. I have to do this.

I'm glad you found us! I know about weight and asthma - been there and don't want to go back. You should try to do a little exercise. You don't want to lose muscle while you are losing fat and it will tone your body.

We're here to support you anytime. Good luck.

Welcome to 3FC!

I am becoming a gym rat (trying very hard to, anyways) but still find other ways of exercise are much more enjoyable for me. I love to hike or just walk outside. Hiking, biking, walking with a friend, playing tennis or some other outdoor sport, etc. Maybe there is some other exercise you can do other than just going to the gym.

Best of luck on your weight loss journey!

Hey from VA!
Welcome to 3FC, there are tons and tons of great ideas on here, I have never really been into the gym, even when I was playing sports constantly.... I love doing things like dance workouts, and other fun fitness activities instead! Try out a few until you find something that works for you!
Good luck!
