I tried this years ago. There was a group on Yahoo for it. It seems pretty healthy, but I think it just works because you are cutting calories and starchy carbs...nothing magic about it! I think I read the calories are too low actually, but since it's only 3 days your body doesn't enter starvation mode (calorie cycling).
