Anyway, I agree with the others, you are going to have to get yourself moving. If you can't keep up with the video...USE the pause button. Of course those incredibly fit people can do 20 reps in virtually no time! The important thing is that you do as many of the reps as you can in however long it takes and then you will build strength.
To start, I would focus on cardio and then add in resistance/weight training after a few weeks. I am also a calorie counter and yes, it really is diet and exercise. I would also recommend finding a like-minded group of chicks here on 3FC, maybe in the challenges, maybe in age-based groups, whatever, that can help you keep on track. There is nothing the support you'll get here to keep you going.
