o0o0o how did you hurt yourself? One time I was in grade 9 gym class and I was coming off the parralal bars wrong and twisted my ankle

Kali... We are not sure exactly what happened this time...just woke up one day and couldn't walk...right leg was totally useless. Definite nerve issues.. Just waiting on an MRI for further info.

But I'm walking more now without my crutches each day...but eventually my leg gives out...but day by day...

So now I am going to be doing some Yoga and such to get me started back on losing weight and getting into shape...I would like to be able to wear shorts this summer!lol

Are there any good threads to join on here?
