I moved to a new city about 5 months ago. With the stress and hassle of moving I didn't have the energy to cook and started eating out every night. I also haven't found a new gym membership since the move. I was finally brave enough to step back onto the scale last night, and for the first time in my life, i'm over 200 lbs. It was a pretty depressing moment for me, but I've realized that I need to start taking care of my body and lose those pounds. I've never been very fit or in shape, and I'm hoping with some support I can get off my lazy bum and fit back into my jeans!
Sounds like you're ready to make a change! We have groups by eating plan, age range, and etc, so look around. Then just find a spot or several, jump on in, keep posting, and keep going.
