Hey all. I just found all of you. I'm all about getting and giving good support in this process, so I'm looking forward to joining in with all of you.

My name is Georgia and I've got a lot of weight to lose, but only 10% at a time. Already lost the first 10%. I've been having a tough time moving forward with the next 10%. I'm 48 and have a few health issues that seem to be hindering my progress. But I'm in the fight for good!

Chat with you soon!

Hey Georgia -

This is a great spot for you to have found! You may want to check out our 40-somethings forum, for those in that age range. We also have the 100 lb club, for those with 100 lbs or more to lose, and the 300+ club, for those with starting weights over 300 lbs.

You may also want to check out our "Dieting with Obstacles" forum, for those facing health or other obstacles that may throw roadblocks in the way of weight loss.

I'm really glad you found us and can't wait to get to know you better! Jump in and keep posting!

Hey Georgia! Welcome to 3FC! This is definitely the place for motivation and support! Congrats on achieving your first goal! Breaking down your big picture into smaller goals is really really helpful! That is what is helping me to stay motivated I think! Good luck and Keep up the great work!!
