Hey there... I am new here.. but like everyone else i share the desire to lose weight. I am 20 years old and I am the heaviest i have ever been. I have been on Jenny Craig and exercising 5 days a week. I started at 221, (at 5'10) and i am currently at 214. I have lost 7 pounds in two weeks and i hope to keep it up. My goal weight is 160. (Total weight loss goal of 61 pounds) I am here because i feel that support is really important, and after so many weight loss promises that i have never followed through, most of my friends and family feel that i will quit again, and i feel that though they are proud of me, they dont really understand what i am going through and dont care to talk about my successes or struggles with me. I hope to be able to both give and receive support with all of you. Thanks.
We have a forum that focuses on food-delivery-type plans, like Jenny Craig, so you may want to check that out. We also have the 20-somethings, for those in that age range.
