Hey I am new to the board and trying to drop some weight I have 2 children one is almost 4 in april and the little one will be 1 next week

I have been BF or pregnant they last 5 years almost and have put on around 60 pounds. My main thing is I think I eat to comfort me ? Im nt sure but I love stuffing my face as a matter of fact thats about all I think about all day lol I just need some support and a way to figure out how to stop eatting so much and drop some much needed weight
