I'm 54, married and need to lose around 80lbs. We live in the middle of a National Forest in southwestern part of New Mexico, and owned by a very loving Siamese Cat, Toby.
I am so tired of being fat, and disgusted with myself that I can't stick to any kind of diet and exercise plan past day 1 lunch time.
Depression and loneliness are the reasons I feel stuck in fatsville.
