HI There, just sharing my story

Hi everyone, :D

I am new to this forum so I thought I would share with you my story. I struggle with my weight, a lot! I am up and down like a yoyo. When life is going great, which it is at the moment, I am down to the weight I want to be. It took me three years of dieting to finally find something that worked for me, I lost 28lbs in a short space of time when I started to cut out my carbs in the evening. I still had to exercise, I don't like going to the gym so I go for a walk a few times a week.

I have joined this forum to give support and to get the support I need to keep the weight off so that when I am down I don't start the downward spiral and binge eat.

See you all around,

Jane
