When I saw that the old FS forum was gone, I panicked a little. The recipes & members were so helpful the first time I smashed. Im glad I found 3FC because I can see that so many FSers have landed here.

Support is a must. Im happy I've found a supportive community.

Yep, we do have a Fat Smash forum here, so head on over. We also have groups by age range, amount to lose, etc...look those over as well.

You might also want to check out some of our challenges! They're a great little push to move forward.
