Hi! My name is Crystal I am a 28 year old Married mother of two. My sister told me about this web-site and how motivational it is so I thought I would try it out myself. I consider myself to be very active I usually work-out at least 3 times a week. I enjoy walking and doing my Denise Austin D VD's. I am also a AVID member of a gym (LOL It's been a month since I have shown my face) I have always been able to go into these quick diets and lose weight fast, by working out 3 or more times a day and hardly eating, but I always gain it right back so my goal is to be healthier and not a certain weight. I also want my kids to be healthier we try to eat healthy and we go to the bike path and walk 3 times a week sometimes more if possible. My weakness is food!! I love to work-out and I am very active but show me a plate of Chicken & Dumplins and it is a lost cause. However lately I have been trying more low-fat recipes. However
trying to get my husband and kids to eat them has been a struggle. Me and my sister have also been cycling on Sundays so far we have went 32 Miles!! We went 14 miles the first time and 18 the 2nd I could not believe I did it it was such a accomplishment. I am going to continue on this journey until I feel that I have met my goal of being as healthy as I can be
