Hi to everyone, new to site, from New Orleans. I'm 32 years old, a wife, mother, student, and a nurse. I just started exercising again about 1 month ago, doing step aerobics, yoga and some light weights. I have lost inches, but not certain about weight, as I just bought a scale today. This is the heaviest I've ever been, my doctor blames it on Katrina (I'll go with it.....). I'm hoping to meet other people here, encourage and be encouraged by other members. I look forward to hearing from ya'll

We have many groups here, by age range (30-somethings), eating plan, etc. Look around! There are tons of spots to settle into and explore.
