I decided to get fit and lose weight about two weeks ago. I made a blog and everything! I've been lurking for a while. I just hadn't posted yet. Shy, I guess.
I picked this site to post at because it seems so friendly and supportive. A lot of other weight loss/exercise forums can be kind of aggressive with new people. (You noob! Do this, this, and this or you will probably FAIL!)
So far I'm exercising and gradually changing my eating habits. I'm not going to let any more pounds creep up while I just ignore them and my health.


Glad you joined us! I agree - 3FC is a supportive place with fantastic and encouraging folk. Amanda is right - we WILL give lots of advice if asked - especially about our progress or plans
