I'm Nelli. I just joined this site and it is the perfect thing for me. It's really a great place for me to come to when i need a little inspiration to keep me on track, and it's working so far!
So a little about me. I have always been overweight. I was always the fat kid. My freshman year of high school however, changed that. I joined the swim team and lost 30 pounds. I looked great and felt great. I was comfortable with myself for once. AND I WASN'T THE FAT GIRL! But my junior year my body went through some changes, and I can't say that my eating or exercising habits helped, but I gained a sickening 70 pounds. I'm now a senior, and working my way back down. Slowly but surely. My goal is to participate in a triathlon this summer. I have already submitted the registration forms, so i'm committed!
Already I feel like a happier person. And I can't wait to see what's ahead! If anyone has any tips that helped them that they want to share, please feel free! I need all the help I can get!!
