Hi I'm Lisa 35 from Australia.
I've been weighing between 160 pounds and 147 pounds at my ideal weight.
I have never been on a detox because the thought of not eating food or only healthy food and no sugar wasn't even conceivable!
I'm on day 3 of a detox (my new years resolution) I'm eating food just very little protein.
I really think the key to weight loss is figuring out whats going on in your head. I've been listening to some weight loss subliminal tracks and that seems to have done the trick.
No one wishes themselves to be overweight. So why do we have this constant struggle with ourselves all the time? I had a belief that I wasn't loveable for a long time. Cleared it and now the weight has fallen off. (Currently at 150 pounds and I feel great!)
Just wanted to say Hi and get people thinking about the mind aspect to weight loss.
