I exercised the first two weeks- and I haven't exercised for one single minute since..LOL only because of an injury though , as soon as it heals I will start exercising again . but the great part about just eating healthy in general is you will loose weight regardless if you exercise me and ACE are proof of that! I've lost 9lbs alone in the past two weeks not exercising! but eating correctly! I know I'd have lost even more if I could have exercised.. my advice is just start by making healthy eating choices.. focus on one thing at a time.. first decided what is one thing you can do for sure! can you give up soda? or bad snacky processed foods like candy and cookies ? can you makes sure you eat 5 servings of veggies a day? or have 5 servings of fruit? or drink8 glasses of water..? can you switch all the white foods (sugar, flour, bread, rice, potatoes, pasta) for whole grain versions?
or can you just walk for 15 mins on your treadmill a day?
It's all those little things that add up to one healthy lifestyle.. pick one or two that you can commit to doing.. do it faithfully for a few days and then add in a new one..
or if you can tackle more then one at once by all means do it! I threw myself into it... but there is still a lot I'm not ready to focus on yet like sodium intake, carb intake, fat grams. etc.. one day I'll add that in but for now I calorie count, drink water, and exercise when I can!
(and Ace 1800 cals is totally a healthy range
