Hiya Meg ! Thanks for the warm hello! How have you been? I feel better already hearing you say I'll have "no problem" getting rid of this annoying weight gain! As usual you always know just what to say!

Hi Skinny! Well, for me it's just a matter of DOING IT. I know HOW to lose weight, I just need to start up again with the good habits that I've let slide. Started today with 30 minutes on the treadmill, and plan to do that at least 5 days a week. I'd like to start up at the gym again, too (my trainer left in 2007 and I'm ashamed to admit I haven't lifted a single weight since!) Started with better food choices this week...lots of water, tuna salad instead of pasta salad, twice as many veggies as normal, more PROTEIN...all the things that I know work but that I just haven't been doing.

I'm really annoyed with myself. But I've re-started and that's the most important thing!

Thanks Loves! You make it sounds so simple - your "DO IT" made me smile and motivates ME to just do it!! YES WE CAN! I'm gonna cut out your post and paste it to the inside of my pantry!

I look forward to sharing how I do and learning about your path...

Your bassets are adorable...

Welcome back!! You were such an inspiration to me when I started!

Like you, I gained back 20 pounds last year, and I'm working to take it off again! Lots of us in the same boat, which makes me feel a bit better about myself...

Thanks for all the "welcome backs!" I don't know if I count as a "maintainer" though, as I've been doing a pretty bad job of maintaining!

Congrats on quitting smoking! That's tough, so I'm sure that if you can do that, losing that 15-20 lbs will be easy. Well, okay, maybe not easy, but certainly manageable!
