Hi everyone my Name is Corry Ann you can just call me Corry Im 28 from New Jersey. Im trying to get back to my 2007 wedding weight were I felt good and healthy. I would love to get back in shape before I become a mom it might help in the process. My best advice is get up, get moving, and control what you put in your mouth... At least that is what finally worked for me, and I lost 55 lbs doing just that. I gained it back the very minute I started letting Sonic and BK become my favorite stopping points and attaching the couch to my bottom. But for some ideas for ways to get up and get moving to get the weight off, I am have read alot about the Wii Fit. I bought it for my son, and I plan to try it our for myself. I also think running is a wonderful way to lose the weight and get fit. I started out with a slow slow jog (a fast walk) and built up to running. I saw the weight melting off. After re-reading my post I found that I may have come off harsh and I do apologize, but exercising and controlling what and how much you are eating are the best ways to lose weight, unmatched. I am restarting my journey prayerfully for the very last time, so i hope we can take this journey together. Best of luck and remember every pound step taken, every pound lost is one pund closer to your goal.

I heard great things about wii fit too thats on my wish list we have a wii at the office but I def need to get one for home with the wii fit your very right it is all about control today was the first day I felt good I did my small morning workout and when I get home I will do My big workout

It is so amazing. I really didn't think gluttony was that bad of a sin, because it didn't really hurt anyone but me right... (not that one sin is any worse than another) but anyway, then God showed me, Satan has been using food to tempt all down through the ages. Adam and Eve with the fruit, Esau with the soup... and on it goes. Anyway I am blabbing. Has anyone else found answers in the Bible???

Hi Corry! Welcome to 3FC! We have a very busy 20 something forum and lots of subforums for different food plans and types of exercise.

My nutrition plan evolved from simple calorie counting to an exchange plan that is heavy on clean protein, fruits, veggies, healthy fats and complex carbs. I would recommend starting by just writing down what you are already eating. Look for ways to improve your nutrition and get the most bang for your calorie buck.
