Default Hi Everyone

I am new to the site. I just wanted to share that I just joined weight watchers today and am very motivated to lose weight. I will of course need all of your help out there, so please encourage me. Where can I get the tracker?

Welcome to 3FC and congrats on your loss so far!!

Due to spammers, new participants must have 20 days plus 20 posts before they have an option for a ticker. Post often and you'll meet that before you know it!

We have a busy Weight Watchers subforum, as well as many other forums for folks based on eating plans, ages, exercise, etc. Look around and settle in!

Welcome! I'm new myself, as of yesterday! I also asked the ticker question... it's frustrating waiting!!! =)~

I'm doing Atkins, but there's pretty much every diet you can think of here. Best wishes!

Hello! Guess a few of us at least got motivated and joined! I'm new as of yesterday and so far find this helpful for my motivation. Congrats on WW! Both my sister and my roomate did that and each lost about 50lbs. Remember WW is a full lifestyle change, and when you work out to eat the extra points you are allowed per activity or your body thinks its starving and will incorrectly burn your fuel! Best of luck to everyone and remember...we are here to talk about the same thing..no question is stupid nor feeling embarassing! Woot woot!
