New to 3FC...hi
Hi there. I, too, have been lurking here for awhile. Love the site and needing support to FINALLY get AND stay on program with my changes. I started changing my life last February. I began smoking (again) after I had my 2nd child (2005) and QUIT Sept 11th 2008 (thank you, Chantix!!!) I also began working out 3 to 5 x's/week in Feb of 2008. It's the eating thing that throws me for a loop. I am here on 3FC hoping to gain the support and friendships I need to bring it all home for me and to provide the same care and support for others.
