how is everyone today? i'm new, already lost 20 pounds, struggling to make a short term goal. I've been overweight my entire life. I'm actually not entirely disgusted about it, but I'm sick of it being an excuse for everything that goes wrong. A few buddies would be cool. I've always thought that was a great idea, but never knew anyone who was as overweight as I am.
