Default New here but not new to weight loss!
Hi....I just wanted to let everyone know a little about me. I am new to this site but not new to the whole weight loss battle. It has been an ongoing battle for me for all of my life. I am happy to say that it is one that I have been winning now for the last 2 and a half years. My moto is DECIDE, COMMIT, SUCCEED! Never, ever give up. I am always looking for inspiration and let me tell you that goal pictures on this website was very inspiring to me. I love looking at how happy everyone is after the weight loss. My highest weight was 273 Lbs and am now currently 179 Lbs. I am going to try to upload before and after pics....although I only have 1 before pic but I have alot of after pics. Looking forward to any advice and hopefully great friendships.....always looking for a buddy to do this with.

Hi there, Buns! and on your fabulous losses so far!

You'll find LOTS of folks here who really follow that "Decide, Commit, Succeed" mantra...motivation won't get you NEARLY as far as commitment will.

Have you explored the boards yet? We have forums by age range, eating plan, etc. We also have a group called the 100 lb club, for those on their way to losing or who have lost 100 lbs or more, and that might be a great place for you to settle.

Look around, find a spot, and jump on in. Wherever you end up, can't wait to get to know you better!

Okay...so I started a six week challenge at my local womens gym hoping that it will boost me back into the healthy lifestyle that I miss. I would love to have a buddy to do this with...motivate each other...whip each others butts into shape so to speak. Send me a message here if anyone is interested.

YAY for you! Snoop around and find what works for you!

Check out the "Chicks up for a Challenge" it is very motivating....you can sign up for all kinds of fun challenges!
