Smile 25 and overweight yuck.

Hi my name is Melissa I am 25 and have a 4 year old daughter. I have always been over weight. when I got pregnant with my daughter I weight 265lbs! Icky! I got up to 320lbs, I was horrified. I successfully dieted and went down to a shocking and yay 194! Go me! But I fell of the diet train and now I am hopping back on I want to weigh 150lbs....I think I weigh about 225 right now. I need some deit buddies to keep me inspired so here we go! Hope to hear from you all.

you go girl! must feel good to at least not be in the 300's! I just broke 300 this past week I'm now 290- WOO HOO! haha- you've come to a great fro support! I'm new here too just joined a few days ago and this place has given me such great advise and encouragement!

I'm also in my 20's 26 exactly! I'm determined to be at a healthy weight while I'm still young and in my 20's! were only young once right! We are supposed to look our bests while were in our 20's so We will do this! we are doing this! if you need any encouragement feel free to message me! what kinda diet plan are you doing? I'm calorie counting and it's working great! I've lost 16 lbs in one month! and my husband who is also doing this with me has lost 18 lbs! the great part abotu calorie counting is it's a way of life not a diet! yo u can still eat everything you love just healthy portioned controlled versions! good luck girl!

Hey there, I'm pretty new here too, and I'm 27, I joined this forum just before New Year and since then have been so motivated I've actually stuck to all the promises I made myself on New Years Day, which is a first haha,

M- What calorie intake have you allowed yourself?? I reduced to 1200 but I really dont know if its going to be low enough, I've joined the chicks up for a challenge bit and the loving the skin your in thread is great but challenge one is to not weigh yourself for 6 weeks, omg its really hard, as I now have no idea if all the diet and exercise is actually working I'm sure it will be cause anything is better than nothing right....

Well, anyway there is some support here if anyone needs it, I guess we all need support =)
