Hey there, I'm pretty new here too, and I'm 27, I joined this forum just before New Year and since then have been so motivated I've actually stuck to all the promises I made myself on New Years Day, which is a first haha,
M- What calorie intake have you allowed yourself?? I reduced to 1200 but I really dont know if its going to be low enough, I've joined the chicks up for a challenge bit and the loving the skin your in thread is great but challenge one is to not weigh yourself for 6 weeks, omg its really hard, as I now have no idea if all the diet and exercise is actually working

I'm sure it will be cause anything is better than nothing right....
