Thanks so much! I guess I don't really follow any specific plan, I just try eating healthier. I cut out all fried foods and junk foods and I don't eat out anymore at fast food places. I've also stopped drinking sodas and I don't drink anything with caffeine at all anymore. I've been attempting a vegetarian diet but admittedly, I still eat seafood and chicken. And of course, I started exercising which is a great help
. I do 6 indoor walking/jogging miles though I started out in July of last year doing just 15 minutes walking per day. I will be sure to check out the other forums as well. Thanks again.
