Let me start off by saying you'll find a lot of support on 3FC. Regardless of how much you want to lose.
So then. There are many, many areas around 3FC. You'll want to take your time in finding a few spots that interest you. There are groups based on age, or on amount to lose. There are spots based on faith or interest. There's a Diet Central area for those looking to connect with others following similar eating plans or to help give newer members an idea of where to start. There's an Exercise section, too.
If you have no idea what to do in order to lose weight, it's always a good idea to start by accessing what you do right now. Take a week, or even a day, and simply write down everything that you eat and drink. Not changing anything yet, just paying attention and watching. Once you've done that, you can go to Diet Central and look over plans that fit your life and help you to curb the bad habits that you have.
This is going to take time. But you can do this if you stick with it.
