Hi, i need to lose about 2 stone (28lbs) and need support. Ive lost weight before but i always lose motivation and never have anyone to talk to about it, so i think this site is the answer! Im a college student so eating healthily is difficult but i am determined to make the effort. I also need to exercise more and i could definitely use advice and support for that!
