I just joined WW yesterday and want to hopefully lose weight, for real this time! I'm taking it one hour at a time. I don't want to get too overly excited right now -- because I've always started and then stopped quicky and set myself up for failure I'm just trying to make the right food choices at this point at each meal and go from there.
