Hello! My name is Becky and I am originally from WV, but currently living in VA with my boyfriend. I need to lose weight because I have once again gotten back up to the dreaded 180's. After going to college and meeting my boyfriend and living with him my weight just went on the backburner. SOOOO, i am once again trying to lose back down to 145ish..at 5'7. Now that I am out of college and have a stable job as a social worker I can finally get going again. oh and I am not new to 3fc i've been here before and gotten lax and now am back.
BACK ... so glad you decided to come back; you've done this before, and you can do it again! Only this time, maybe it would help to stick around, and get some support for maintenance: sometimes I think that is harder than losing the weight, becuz I have gained back several times too. Now, I am trying to make this a lifetime change becuz as you age (I'm 50 now), it gets much harder to take it off! Learn from my mistake; get it off now when you are young, and work on maintenance with a vengeance ...
