Welcome, Pita! This is going to be great for you. Check out the Living Maintenance forum, and/or the Featherweights forum. You'll find people there that are in the same spot, either trying to drop the last few pounds, or maintaining their goal weight. Yep, you have to keep on working out and eating right to hold on to it, just like you had to do to lose it. Making friends here may help you get that spark of enthusiasm back!
There are also challenge threads all over the boards...exercise challenges, weight loss challenges, staying on plan challenges, you name it. Those and the chat threads are a great way to start getting to know some faces and names. Once you have some friends who know you, it really can help keep you going, pick you up when you need it, and you can be there to help others, which also is a way of staying motivated.
