Hello Everyone,
Im new to this site and wanted to share my stats and plans going forward to once again love the body I have. Not only do I want to love my body again but I want to love how I look and feel and I want to buy clothes that I love and not just buy clothes because I need too...ya hear me?
Im a 27yr mom of 3 girls (4 and 2yr old twins). I currently stand in at 5'4" and weigh 178lbs wearing a size 12 but teetering on a 14). I have been married for 5 yrs and started out at a slim 120lbs and not that my husband is complaining about the weight I have gained after having kids but Im the one who is not happy which takes effect on our marriage he loves my new found curves but me not so much...lol. I love that I have his support no matter what I look like. But you can only be as happy in life as you are with yourself so since I dont care for how I look then it makes me miserable, cranky and sad.
My goal is to drop at least 20-30lbs by the time February rolls around since I am planning on being a surrogate for a couple here in Atlanta but want to make sure I dont gain a ton through the pregnancy and this time I know how to eat better and what I can still do at the gym while pregnant so I dont end up in this position in the end again...
I recently got the idea to start the South Beach Diet since my problem lies between the pasta and the brownies if I have to eliminate those from my diet then so be it here we go. I officially started last night and I have a gym membership, actually I have had a gym membership since July and to date have only been about 5 times. Well thats all about to change as well as I transferred to the one closer to my house so I have been going at night when he gets home so I dont have to rush and I actually wake up feeling great.
So thats me and what I am about so lets get it started.
We have a couple of forums you might want to explore...the South Beach forums here are great and very active, so check them out. When you go into the surrogacy, we also have a Pregnant/Nursing forum.
So look around, find a spot and settle in, and get comfy. Can't wait to get to know you better!
