Hi World! (Or better yet; the 3 Fat Chicks community.) I'm a newbie, to this whole reaching out on the internet thing to become healthier with others, but I think this may work out well for me. While I am not fat per say, I am unhealthy; (sips on soda, and GM food with tones of high fructose corn syrup. Yum.) Anyways, I've been over my recommended weight since I was about 12 or so; given that I am now 18 years old, I'm tired of being puggy.

My reasons for being healthier and loosing weight are more than just for a better body image. I want to have more energy, because I am constantly exhausted on a daily basis, I want to feel better all around which includes being more confident in myself; and I want to lose weight and become healthier with my girlfriend who directed me to the site to do so with her and her sister.

Anyways, I am currently at 203 pounds (I'm 5'9") for my starting weight, in which I want to reach 150 pounds. So I got 53 pounds to go. To do this my plan is simple, and easily achieved, it's just about doing it. I want to workout daily, eat better (organic) foods with smaller portions, and keep track of my progress.
I just hope I can afford the food (I hate burning money, but I find it worse when I have to eat it all up. lol.)
