I started my weight loss journey in Sept and I've lost 28lbs as of this morning. My goal is to lose 100 lbs
I have a couple of mini goals to help me along the way.1 - Get below 200 by Christmas (a little ambitious but it keeps me motivated)
2 - 175 by May (I have a trip to Hawaii planned)
3 - Final Goal 140 hopefully by next Christmas!
I've done all this by good old fashion calorie counting and exercise

Any tips on where to start on here?
