Newbie to the group here...
 

Hi,

First post to this board. I found it by looking for a recipe and apparently it was posted here and so I came in, looked around a tiny bit and then joined.

I've been doing South Beach since Aug 4 and have lost 28 pounds. The last few weeks have been rough (diet wise) so yesterday, I re-grouped and got back on track again. SB seems, for me, the best way to lose weight.

I'm a 60 year old married woman, living in Kansas. I work full time in the Capital Markets group of a bank. I have two children, a son 35 and a daughter 29.
