Hobbies/Interests: Not too many hobbies lately... been busy studying. But when i do have free time I like to read, fix up our house or just hang out with my hubby and friends.

Starting Date of Weightloss Journey: December 15th (I finishe classes December 11th. I'm currently getting everything ready so when the 15th gets here I will have not excuses!)

Goal Weight: 140... but I would be happy with 150.
Biggest hurdle to overcome in weightloss: I love to snack (chips and pasta are my weaknesses and I'm an emotional eater. I eat when I get stressed, bored, or of course at any social gathering...
Following any specific plan: I love Leslie Sansone's tapes, and I'm looking into the new 30day Jillian DVD. I plan to alternate walking with kickboxing or more high paced excercise. And of course to cut the pop way down and drink LOTS of water.
What is different this time in your weight loss efforts than in the past: well this time I have a very good reason to become healthy (to make a baby) and I have a set goal date.
