Hi Everyone :)

  • I'm a newbie who after getting weighed at the Dr's office last week has decided to try to drop some weight. I want to do this sensibly & slowly, i.e. the WW Points plan. I'm giving myself about 6 months to do this. I've tried low-carbing in the past but hated giving up certain foods. I'm glad I found this site and am looking forward to spending some time here.
