Default Another story... and Another journey to sucess

Hey everyone, I just joined 3FC yesterday and find it addictive... I have read some wonderful stories which has helped me to continue in my jouney to sucess. I am nearing the end of 2 weeks on the sure slim diet... however it is my 3rd time back, so I like to think of it as 3rd time lucky!!!! I've been going great so far apart from the strawberry ice-cream I had today, I brought it for my daughter and she didn't want it so I ate it... I now feel so guilty but I know its a mind control thing cos once I feel down its like dominoes I beat myself up till theres no dominoe standing... then I'm back at square one. Also I am trying not to overload myself as I am only into my second week and think I should be working out everyday and doing this and that... But its important for me to get my diet on track first before I introduce a new radical change to my body.

The first week wasn't too good as usual... my body was detoxing bad... I'm trying to make changes like limit my coffee intake and change it for green tea or a healthier option. My main goal is I graduate uni next year in March and I want to feel confident, look confident and be healthy. And this time I know I will do it... I'm putting it out to the universe and somehow I will get to my goal weight.

This forum is a great place to be - I too find it addicting and although I don't post every night, I do read what these fine, support people write daily. I too, have given myself to the universe and I too, feel that this is my final time. You will reach a place that you will not want the strawberry ice cream and think "what's wrong" - nothing is wrong, your just changing your habits. It's a great realization when that hits ya! Remember, your in control of YOU! Best to ya!

I keep a fat picture in my bag.. with my wallet.. so when I want bad food... I go for my wallet.. and there it is.... keeps me from buying something..

Yeah I find a fat pictures works well, it keeps you motivated to keep going, saying daily mantras (I approve of myself) also help me and I have 65kgs on my vision board so I'm determined to conquer my bad habits this time, its about life style change I believe that fully. I want to eat like I have been these last two weeks becasue its a habit not because I have to... how wonderful that day will be.
