Hi everyone!
Newbie here to 3FC, and just looking for some support/support buddies to begin my weight-loss journey. I've been struggling with my weight all my life, and I have finally decided to really commit to my goal. I want to feel better about myself and just get healthy. Food is my drug, yo-yo dieting is my habit, and cravings are my enemy; but I am ready.
My biggest challenge right now is getting myself to exercise, despite my huge collection of exercise videos sitting in front of my TV. I have started eating healthier, but portion control is the struggle. And I'm worried about the holidays coming up, which means food, food, and more food!
