Talking New to 3FC - living the BFL Life!
Hi there - my name is Theresa, aka Resalyn, and I'm new to this site, but very excited to connect with some others in this journey to a healthy lifestyle. My particular choice is Body For Life, I'm in my first challenge, week 2, day 4.

I've lost about 5 pounds in two weeks, but I had my TOM when I started, so that's all water weight, I'm sure.... Looking for a buddy (or two or three) to join me on this quest for a better me!
