Hello everyone. I am Keri. I am a mother of two who never lost the baby fat. Actually, not only did I not lose it, I put more on since. I found that cutting my carbs was how my body wants to lose weight. I cut back for about 2 weeks and lost 2 pounds. I then did induction and dropped another 6 quickly. I really wasn't too hungry at all on induction. I am fearful of coming off induction but I will add 5g more of carbs this week as recommended. I might stay at 25-30g of carbs for the rest of the year though. We'll see. I hope to get some great support here, especially from the low carbers!

There is a great low carb forum... its helpful having others on the same diet plan as you... so you should read through their posts, and see which chat you want to join!
