Hi everyone!
I'm new to the "online universe of weight loss support". I lost 20 pounds two years ago, but with losses and different changes -most of them good, but still changes- I now need to lose 25-30 pounds to feel healthier again. I've been feelings sluggish, really unhappy with the way I look and pretty self-conscious too. I've been married for 5 months, and I want to feel energetic and happy and bring that into my new home and -later on- with the babies that will hopefully come.
