My History:
My name is Sarah, I live in upstate NY. I'm 24 years old, married for 3 years, with my husband for 7 years. We have a 4 year old- James and a 1 tear old Caleb. I was a smoker for 8 years. I have been smoke free for 6 weeks now!

I quit cold turkey. No patches, no gum. I want to be healthy for myself and my family.
My whole life I have never been skinny. I think I was born wearing size 12 pants.

All through my school years I struggled with my weight. THEN- I had children. I gained ALOT with my oldest. Never lost all that weight, so 3 years later when I had my youngest I was very heavy. Currently I *think* I weigh 210 pounds. I have been on a scale in over 6 months. I am 5'3" tall. I need to lose some major pounds.
I just bought Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shed. I did my first workout today. I LOVE IT. It kicked my butt! OMG! I also started writing down everything I eat everyday. After I get into a grove I will be calculating the calories per day!
My weight loss goal is to lose 70 pounds. I would love to lose it with in a year. By Christmas next year I would love to be down to 140 pounds. Something I haven't been in about 10 years.
I need all the encouragement I can get, and someone to tell me to stay on track. Thank you for reading! I hope to get to know all of you.
